Photos and art on this site are Copyright ) Teresa Dawn, 2003-2008. They may not be used without my permission. As is Canadian copyright law, the copyright expires at the end of the Calender year PLUS another 50 years after the photo was taken. So, that does not mean the copyright is expired in 2008, it means that it BEGINS in that year.
The photos OF me on this site were obviously not taken BY me. However they still may not be used. They come from my personal album, and have either been taken by family members who own the copyright or have been bought and paid for (as in all the professional photos)
You may LINK to anything here, but you may not take the photos without permission. For permission, contact me at TeresaDawn.Canada@gmail.com and put "Usage of the Photos on Your Website" as the subject. Wait for me to get back to you before using them. I check my email often so you will not wait long.
Claiming that you are unaware of these copyright rules does not exclude you from them. Neither are you excluded if you get one of my photos from someone else's site who is using them.
